The Finals will be held at Shri Kesarwadi Jain Tirth, Chennai on Nov 17th.
Students who qualify to finals will need to travel at their own expense.
For outstation students, Limited Rooms are available for stay on a first-cum-first serve bases
Limited Tempo Traveller will be available from 3pm onwards for railway-station and city drop.
Please expect to spend 6-8 hours at the Finals
The Finals will be conducted into 2 rounds for SpellBee, Eloquence and StavanVocals.
In Round 1: Knockout - Over 250 students who have been selected after the prelims compete in the knockout Round against each other. Out of which 4 would be selected to go the main stage.
In Round 2: Main Stage - The 4 students compete for the championship on stage.
Eloquence - both the rounds will be a Speech Competition.
Expression will be conducted in a single round
All 4 competitions will be held age-group wise
The participants and winners will receive SKS Coins as per the table below.
For each competition, 1 gold, 3 silver and 6 bronzed medals will be awarded
Students need to compulsorily confirm whether they are joining or not in the App between Oct 15-31.
Students who do not confirm their attendance will not be permitted to participated at the finals.
Student who confirm but do not attend lose all their Olympiad participation points.

Respect fellow participants and maintain decorum during the event.
Follow all instructions given by the organizers and volunteers.
Any act of copying or rule violation will result in disqualification.
Organizers will provide technical support (microphones, speakers, etc.). Any additional equipment must be arranged by the participant with prior approval.
Participants are advised to wear formal or traditional attire that aligns with the competition’s decorum
Not adhering to the time limit, topics, or age-specific rules may result in disqualification.
For AgeGroup Upto 7, there will be one round with multiple choice questions where students has to select the correct spelling.
For 8 & Above
There will be knockout round will be an elimination round, with a mix of multiple choice questions and a dictation test.
In the finale, selected students will have to write the words on a board that are dictated to them on the stage.
There will be one round, where students have to create an art n craft work on the topic given.
Students up to the age of 7 are allowed to bring a printout with an outline that they need to color. They can use any coloring materials such as crayons, colored pencils, watercolors, etc.
For all other students, they can use any art form - drawing, painting, mandala, rangoli, gahuli, lippan
Students must bring their own materials, including colors, pencils, brushes, rangoli powders, clay, mirrors, etc.
45 minutes to 1 hour to complete their artwork based on the chosen form.
Judging Criteria
Creativity and Originality: How creatively and originally the theme is interpreted.
Neatness and Presentation: Effort in maintaining neatness and organizing the artwork.
Use of Colors and Materials: Effective and appealing use of colors and materials.
Cultural Connection: For traditional art forms, effort to represent cultural elements will be acknowledged.
There will be a Knockout round followed by the grand finale.
Time limit is 3 minutes
Participants may choose to speak in English or Hindi or any language, based on their comfort. The content must remain consistent regardless of the chosen language.
Speech Delivery Guidelines
Memorization and Notes : Participants may use cue cards or brief notes to refer to during their speech. However, reading directly from a script will impact scores on confidence and eye contact.
Expression and Body Language : Encourage participants to use appropriate gestures, facial expressions, and voice modulation to enhance their delivery.
Microphone Use : Ensure proper use of the microphone. Technical issues should be reported immediately, and backup arrangements will be in place.

Clear pronunciation, tone, and volume.
Body language, gestures, and facial expressions.

Level of engagement with the audience and command over the subject matter.
Poise and calmness during delivery.
Time Management (10%)
Adherence to the allotted time frame for the speech.
Originality and Persuasiveness (10%)
Originality of ideas and the ability to persuade or engage the audience.

A Capella: Participants has to perform without any instrumental accompaniment or karaoke
Judging Criteria
Vocal Quality and Technique (30%)
Accuracy of pitch, clarity of pronunciation, tonal quality, and breath control.
Adherence to the traditional melody and structure of the stavan.
Expression and Bhava (30%)
The participant’s ability to convey devotion and emotions appropriate to the stavan.
Appropriate facial expressions and use of gestures to enhance the spiritual aspect of the song.
Stage Presence and Confidence (20%)
Confidence in delivery and ability to engage the audience while maintaining a reverent atmosphere.
Proper posture and overall stage presence.
Adherence to Assigned Stavan (20%)
Performance of the assigned stavan without deviation or alteration in lyrics.
Proper memorization of lyrics and melody.
Memorization
Participants must memorize the assigned stavan. Use of lyrics on stage is not permitted.
Consistent practice is recommended to ensure confidence and clarity in delivery.
Microphone Use and Sound Check
A sound check will be conducted before the event to allow participants to familiarize themselves with microphone settings.
Report any technical issues to the organizers promptly for assistance.
